Senior Partner

Thomas currently serves as the principal of Fiske Elementary School in Lexington, MA.  He has been an elementary school administrator for 15 years, formerly working in Maine at K-5 and K-6 schools.  Additionally, Thomas was a manager at the MA Dept. of Elementary and Secondary Education working with under performing urban districts.

Thomas holds a Masters degree in School Administration and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Keene State College in Keene, NH.

Theresa Gillis
Consultant

Theresa currently serves as the principal of Turner Primary School in Turner, ME.  She has been an elementary school administrator for 12 years, formerly working in Maine as a Primary School teacher for 15 years.

Theresa holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership  from the University of Southern Maine.   She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from St. Michael’s  in Colchester, VT. Theresa  is currently matriculated in a doctoral program through University of Maine at Orono.

Pamela Doyen
Consultant

Pamela currently serves as the Principal of Greene Central School in Greene, Maine.  She has been an elementary school administrator for 8 years, working in Maine at schools from grades PK-6.

Pamela holds a Masters degree in Literacy and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from University of Maine in Farmington, Maine.  Pam is currently matriculated in a doctoral program through University of Maine at Orono.

Karen currently serves as the Assistant Director of Special Education in Lexington, MA.  She has been an elementary school administrator for 15 years, formerly working in Maine at schools ranging from Kindergarten through eighth grade.

Karen holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from University of Maine in Farmington, Maine.
